1.Reduce the amount of piles, transport the fly ash cement into the tank, store the plant area in a closed silo, and install a forced dust collector to force cleaning during the operation. This method reduces the dust removal area and achieves the effect of dust prevention and dust removal, but the forced vacuum cleaner needs to be cleaned regularly, usually every six months.
2. Clean the waste and sediment in the concrete mixing plant and the sedimentation tank in the vehicle, and recycle all the waste, while the generated waste will not be discharged.
3. For dust-making stations that cannot work in wet conditions, the method of dust removal by air suction should be adopted. All equipment that can generate dust should be closed as much as possible, and local mechanical suction should be used to maintain a certain negative pressure in the sealed equipment to prevent dust from escaping. The extracted dusty air must be purified by dust removal to avoid polluting the atmosphere, and the dust should be collected and controlled by corresponding dust removal equipment.
4.The sewage from concrete mixing plant cleaning and vehicle cleaning is discharged into the sedimentation tank for reuse and not discharged. The sedimentation tank is cleaned regularly, and the secondary biochemical treatment of domestic sewage and natural rainwater is used as a supplementary water source for ready-mixed concrete.
5. During the design process of the concrete mixing building, the concrete foundation is used for the concrete foundation, and the concrete structure encapsulates noise equipment such as air compressors. The main engine is also installed in the concrete structure, and shock absorbers are installed for the noise part of the equipment, so that the factory area is almost noiseless 50 meters, expand the green area as much as possible, and play a blocking role in the noise.
